POSITION PURPOSE
- Drive business value through commercial knowledge, insights and understanding of the impact of decisions
- Manage and report on overall customer profitability for the company market segment
- Key Finance support to CFO and CRO
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree (Hon)
- (CA) SA Qualification (NQF level 8)
- MBA/MBL will be an advantage
POSITION OUTPUTS
- Understands the customer value chain (profit and cash drivers) and makes informed business choices
- Business Partners to drive value with customer engagement teams
- Perform profitability analysis, and ensure governance & control of incentives
- Perform long-term P&L planning, revenue management & assurance
- Generates viable business alternatives in response to new challenges and opportunities
- Performs comprehensive analyses that distills key points and clearly articulates “what the numbers are saying”
- Obtain desired commercial outcomes, using a variety of influencing strategies, tactics and negotiations on key business issues
- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of compliance with accounting principles, laws, industry and company standards and policies
