The Opportunity:
Join Payment Operations, a team of specialists on a Fixed Term Contract until April 2024. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Shared role in managing and overseeing return premiums incl processing
- Accounts receivable
- Credit control
- Maintenance of systems, department files and assist in the archiving process
- Unidentified deposit listings
- Servicing and monitoring shared email box
- General administration support to the department
About You:
Ideally, we are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic and who can step in and hit the ground running. Your ability to think outside the box, a willingness to turn your hand to anything and initiative are key. You will also be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Strong time management and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent telephone manner and confidence engaging with clients
- A fast learner and computer savvy
Previous administration or data entry experience working in a high-volume environment would be highly beneficial, but we are open to people from all backgrounds.
