Interim Purchase Ledger Clerk – Lincoln – £21,000 + Hybrid Working
Chase & Holland are exciting to be working closely with an established non-profit organisation in the Lincolnshire area, who are looking for an Interim Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Finance team due to internal promotion for 12 months. As the Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner with accurate financials. You’ll need to be a confident person being able to deal with answering queries on the phone also, ensuring supplier queries are dealt with promptly so there are no adverse effects on the business. This is a great opportunity for someone to come in and gain experience and progress within their career.
In Return You’ll Receive:
21 days holiday + BH and 3 concession days with holidays rising to 26 days after 5 years of service

Responsibilities:
Efficiently, timely and accurate processing of purchase requisitions and raising of purchase orders
Processing invoice matching to purchase orders as appropriate
Facilitating the goods receipt process
Monitoring budget availability
Supporting and advising on best value for money decisions
Keeping an audit trail and financial documents secure
Reconciling supplier statements and balance sheet accounts
Support the monitoring and reporting of related party transactionsRequired Skills & Experience:
Experienced within working in a finance environment
Strong understanding of purchase ledger
