Our client is looking for a Client Services Co-ordinator To work on behalf of client publishers, to provide an efficient service to all clients, understanding their business needs, ensuring clear effective communication channels are in place with each publisher to make certain objectives.



Attending meetings and Bookfairs with clients either.

Assist with the following procedures: dues releasing, pod/md print runs, standing orders & special processing

Title Maintenance, undertake & confirm all new title creation & maintenance ensuring it is kept up to date & accurate.

Cover your colleagues’ workloads to a sufficient level during absence so that publishers do not experience a reduced service.

Ensure the publisher is keptinformed of changes & enhancements to service, provide training on current Vista and BI Systems.

Regularly housekeep client publisher reports & update system.

Be willing to work overtime as & when required during busy periods.

Keep your line manager informed at all times.

Any other task as requested by your manager.

This is a full time position and the salary is between £21,500 to £22,500 depending on experience.
