This is an exciting opportunity for a world-class Finance Manager to join one of Europe’s fastest-growing scale-ups.

The Finance Manager would be a key player in driving the business forward towards maturity and IPO readiness, developing the Finance function to become best in class.
A lot of responsibility will be given from day one with opportunities for future progression.

Requirements

Some of the key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing and analysing the monthly Group management accounts and weekly flash reporting including providing insightful commentary on financial performance
  • Managing the month end process to ensure the management accounts are produced accurately and on time
  • Creating and managing financial controls and processes to ensure the finance team is IPO ready and adding value to the business
  • Assess and introduce financial systems to ensure that the finance team can operate as efficiently as possible and to allow non-finance colleagues to access finance support easily and reliably
  • Involvement in project work and supporting the wider business on achieving it’s goals
  • Supporting any financial due diligence requests
  • Treasury Management
  • Business partnering key stakeholders ensuring they have the correct financial information needed for decision making
  • Producing statutory accounts, reviewing Corporation tax returns and preparing the R&D claim
  • Managing the audit process

Importantly, you are a recently qualified accountant, practice trained & looking for your 1st or 2nd industry move.
