Practice Bookkeeper

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum DOE
Contract: Full time, permanent

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Swiss Cottage & Shepherds Bush. Located in our shop front offices this is an excellent opportunity for a qualified individual with practice experience to join an ambitious, friendly firm.

Candidate Profile:

A team player with a friendly and positive attitude
Preferably AAT Qualified or part ACA/ACCA qualified
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Able to prioritise workloads and adhere to strict deadlines
Previous experience of working within an Accountancy Practice managing a portfolio of multi-industry clients
Proficient with QuickBooks, Xero, Dext, and excel

Key Bookkeeping

Responsibilities:


Sales and Purchase Ledger
Bank and Credit card reconciliation
Submitting VAT & CIS returns
Credit Control
Working with incomplete records
Posting Journals
Reconciling control accounts
Preparing management accounts
Preparing year end file for our accountants
