We're currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to lead the PFI Facilities Management and Corporate Estates business unit.
Location: Flexible with hybrid working
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Responsibilities
In this Finance Manager role you'll be the Finance lead to deliver our annual results across our Facilities Management business area. You'll prepare Annual Budgets and Reforecasts and balance sheet reconciliations. You'll also produce monthly accounts with a detailed analysis of results for the business unit and support the Commercial and Operational functions in challenging the cost base.
Who are we looking for?
A professionally qualified (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with post qualified experience within a commercial role. You'll have commercial acumen with experience of operating to tight deadlines. Business awareness in finance and non-finance matters and good analytical skills in both a transactional and strategic level.
