Finance Manager
We maximize network availability and boost KPIs for our customers. We implement both out-of-the-box solutions and carry out individual work elements to suit our clients’ specific requirements.
Reporting into the CFO you will work closely on the company financial processes & various internal projects related to process improvement, optimisation, ERP
implementation and digitalization.
As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
• Manage the accounting team
• General ledger & balance sheet reconciliation
• Manage the documents processing and reconciliation
• Managing the production of month end management accounts
• Work closely with the operations team in order to reconcile the project accounts
• GL reconciliation
• Accruals / Prepayments
• Maintain fixed assets register
• VAT submissions
• TR and TP reconciliation
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Assisting with internal and external audits
• PAYE preparation and submission via external partner
• Control all costs and expenses and report trends or issues
To do this as a professional, you should match with following requirements:
• Qualified Accountant or Qualified by Experience
• Previous experience in financial management
• Be enthusiastic and motivated;
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• This role requires someone who can manage multiple tasks in an organised and
efficient way;
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight timelines and to act on own initiative;
• People management skills
