Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for processing the monthly Finance data to enable MacIntyre to produce timely and accurate Management Accounts. You will be a leader in business process reviews and in the building of new process control over the Finance Team. .

Whilst this role does not have direct line management responsibility you will be involved in mentoring and coaching team members and will deputise for the Head of Finance when required.

The role is office based at our Head Office in Milton Keynes, however there may be the occasional need to travel to other offices.

About you

You must be an experienced finance manager with an emphasis on analysing data to produce reports that are an aid to the front line services. . A formal qualification is not essential as long as you can demonstrate that you have gained the necessary skills through experience.
  • Work on your own initiative as well as being part of a team
  • Be well organised and able to prioritise
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Work well under pressure
  • Have excellent IT skills, including Excel & MS Office
  • Willingness to learn new systems
