Finance Manager (FTC until January 2024)

About the role

Reporting to the Finance & Operations Director, this position's primary purpose is the overall responsibility for the finance function.

What you'll do in the role
  • Manage the finance team
  • Financial report generation
  • Balance sheet reconciliation to trial balance with supporting schedules
  • Cash flow statement preparation and interpretation
  • Management of annual budget preparation
  • Overall responsibility for fiscal reporting (VAT/OSS, PAYE, P11D, CT)
  • Manage relationships with third parties (auditors, foreign payroll provider, foreign TAX and VAT consultancy firms)
  • Ownership of intercompany account reconciliations
  • Monitor and support internal controls
  • Maintain finance policies and procedures
  • Preparation of benefit in kind calculations
  • Manage statutory year-end audit and internal audit requirements
  • Adhoc projects and variance analysis
