Main activities :
1. Conduct financial analysis
2. Handling new demands and existing reports
o Contact Internal and External stakeholders
o Utilize established application development standards
o Gather and evaluate all essential documentation, including

Internal and external SOPs
ADF documentations
Helix documentations
o Conduct financial analysis as needed
3. Recommend process improvements based on a thorough evaluation
4. Assist, cross-train and backfill for various analytical duties, including preparing and distributing internal and external reporting within required timeframes
5. Participate in projects as needed
6. Qlik Sense Application development

Other activities :
1. Proper preparation, storage, and archiving of documents
2. Adapting to, learning to use, and applying new systems
3. Assisting operations team in analytic requirements
4. Other activities related to his/her job as assigned by his/her superior.
5. Working in accordance with the '5S' rules in force at all times within the company.
6. Comply with the regulations on occupational safety, accident prevention, fire protection, environmental protection, contact protection, and ESD

a) Required education
Associate Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or Economics or a bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA
b) Required experiences

• Strong Analytical skills and common measurement tools including DSO calculations, Current Ratio, and Cash Forecasting
• Experience with multiple Enterprise Requirements Planning (ERP) systems. Preferably SAP
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Years of experience in the same field: 6+

c) Required other skills

• Capacity to perform at a high level in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
