JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is responsible to validate proposed credit / debit adjustments for Enterprise Dispute Resolution and Enterprise Billing Assurance Activities.
. Ensuring all waivers are approved basis evidence, RCA & CAPA.
. Ensuring control checks to be placed at respective stakeholders on which basis adjustments recommended.
. Knowledge enhancement sessions to the resources.
. Interact with various cross functional leads and plan the resources according to the projects coming up.
. Initiate the business requirements for EBA & DRT to close loop the gaps which helps billing accuracy.

Proficient in MS Office utilities
. Knowledge of telecom industry for automation initiatives
. Good Analytical Skills
