About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, professional team player to work within our close-knit Finance Operations team, based in our office in Wellington. In this role you will be responsible for the effective administration of employer and member accounts within the superannuation fund for our customer, while maintaining high standards of service and working to meet team objectives. The role also involves working closely with payroll providers to assist them with the GSF legislation and requirements, and management of the registry system to ensure accurate information is recorded.

What you'll do
  • Managing and liaising with a large number of employer accounts within the superannuation fund
  • Processing financial transactions and corresponding data files
  • Analyzing and reconciling incoming payments
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Familiarizing yourself with multiple other processes within our team

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience in payroll, superannuation, administration or basic accounting is desirable but not required!
