Job Description Summary
The Change Execution Manager has a leading role on change initiatives to meet the Bank's strategy and ensure that business benefits are achieved. They will build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders across the Bank, providing thought leadership and acting as a trusted adviser. In addition to having a broad change skillset, each Change Execution Manager may also specialise in a core change capability e.g. Business Analysis, Programme Management, Process Improvement/Re-engineering, Change Adoption and Test Management.

You will join a small central global team in Corporate Bank (CB) and Investment Bank (IB) to support the delivery of key front-to-back (F2B) transformation priorities of the management board. You will manage initiatives for front-to-back alignment of our key businesses across technology, operations, and other infrastructure. You will be responsible for enhancing our controls, supporting our client strategy, and driving future front to bac models as well as building relationships with key stakeholders and delivering tangible value.

Your Key
Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing projects or workstreams within larger F2B transformation projects
- Preparing regular updates/presentations for the management board, group management committee, and supervisory board, highlighting progress, and addressing key risks/opportunities in the execution of CB/IB Central's key priorities
- Collaborating with business, operations, technology, and risk leaders of CB, IB, and CB/IB Central as well as other relevant stakeholders (such as divisional finance, CRM & strategy teams)
Your Skills and Experience:
- Working knowledge of the CB and/or IB lifecycle processes across loans, fixed income & currencies, payments (from origination, risk reviews, controls, booking & settlement, and downstream reporting) - including recent working experience in at least one of these stacks
- Experience in process redesign, technology alignment, or data models and controls architecture
- Practical experience in defining and delivering the target state architecture across these dimensions - including business requirements and its translation into technical designs
- Content-led program management experience to structure, lead, and deliver large programs to reach this end state and functional experience from origination, structuring, operations, or technology and experience in complex, multi-functional projects
- Collaborative and strong communication skills to articulate strategy along with financial/business acumen
