Following an internal promotion, this has created an opportunity for an experienced Operations Performance Analyst to join our team. Based in East Tamaki, Auckland you will be working in a modern state-of-the-art office, with free car parking, on site café (great coffee and smoothies by the way) and a supportive and friendly team.

About the role

You will be joining the Operations team preforming a key business partnering role.

This is a key role within the operations team supporting data management, client reporting, trade processes and problem resolution, you will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement, develop and implement performance metrics to improve business operational efficiency.

You will work closely with the Finance and the Operational team and key stakeholders to deliver a suite of KPI's, reports and dashboards pertaining to customer profitability, and other key performance measures.

About you
  • This role would ideally suit someone with a minimum of two years relevant work experience in a service-based industry.
  • A Tertiary qualification in either Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Sciences or Commerce.
  • You will have experience writing simple SQL queries for data analysis.
  • Experience in reporting, analytics alongside excellent numerical and statistical skills.
  • You're someone with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • You're capable of explaining information to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • You can rapidly grasp processes and identify potential RPA solutions.

You are someone with excellent attention to detail, the ability to think outside the square, and continually strive to exceed customer's expectations. Keeping the ‘bigger picture' in mind when making decisions and changes is key, as well as the ability to balance BAU functions with key project deliverables.

You will be able to effectively utilise all available resources and tools to help deliver objectives that are key to develop the role further. The right candidate will strive to develop the role even further, looking for opportunities to improve our business where necessary.
