Marks Sattin Executive Search is working with an innovative tech-enabled company that has identified and is actively pursuing new and highly profitable revenue streams. To achieve their ambitious growth goals, the business is searching for a motivated CFO with experience in a tech-based enterprise. The chosen CFO will play a pivotal role in driving the business into a new stage of growth by partnering closely with the CEO and the wider senior leadership team to design a strategy that will generate a significant increase in revenue while building upon the company's already established stronghold in this niche sector.



Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance team and oversee financial operations, including developing key KPIs and strategic metrics and managing bids and tenders.
• Use data analytics to drive revenue maximisation, identifying new opportunities to increase income from the existing client base.
• Develop and implement financial strategies for growth and profitability.
• Work with the executive team, the board, and the PE house to drive the strategic direction of the business, identifying growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate:

• Qualified accountant.
• Highly motivated CFO with experience in a commercial business providing services to public institutions.
• Previous experience managing long-term contracts, subscription and licensing models and working alongside PE/VC backers in a growth setting would be highly desirable.
• A personable and motivated leader with strong communication skills.
