They are searching for a CFO to oversee their effective buy and build strategy and lead the business through its next stage of profitable growth. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, commercially astute, and experienced PE backed CFO to lead the high-performing functions of a business.

The role:

The role will entail driving improvement in the profitability of services offered and overseeing the smooth integration of acquisitions. The successful candidate will strategically develop the finance function and buy and build approach such that growth can be achieved in the business.

The ideal candidate:

• Qualified accountant
• Experienced CFO, with previous roles in PE Backed businesses in the Business or Professional Services sectors.
• Demonstrable experience in Buy and Build and M&A activity.
• Highly analytical, commercially astute, and technically strong with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills: capable of leading and motivating a team towards significant growth.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: capable of strengthening relationships with investors and business partners.
• Prior experience leading a business to a successful exit highly desirable.
