Marks Sattin Executive Search are working with an International PE Backed consumer-facing Multisite business based in central London. This business is planning to triple its revenue by increasing omnichannel sales of branded products and services and is looking for a high calibre CFO who can navigate this period of significant growth ahead of an ultimate exit. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader looking to create value in a niche industry.

The successful candidate will be a proactive and decisive CFO who will take full responsibility for the finance functions of the business, working in partnership with the CEO to develop and deliver a strategy for ambitious growth. This role will require a 'hands on' candidate who can drive change within the business to improve the finance function to best in practice standards and strategically lead the commercialisation of the business.

The ideal candidate:

• Qualified Accountant
• Experience as a CFO in a consumer-led PE/VC backed business.
• Prior management of a multisite consumer business with omnichannel sales
• Strategically minded and pragmatic leader, able to motivate employees across the business to facilitate significant growth.
• Previous experience leading a business through a successful exit highly desirable.
