MissionOakNorth Bank are currently in the market recruiting for a new Chief Risk Officer, a key once in a decade opportunity, to join us as we start “Chapter 2” of OakNorth’s great story (our current Chief Risk Officer who has done a great job and has been with us for almost a decade has decided to take a step back given the life stage he’s in). We are looking to hire a commercial and pragmatic CRO who can help develop the business through this next stage. This is a key strategic SMF4 and SMF16 role within the bank and will report directly to the CEO / Board. Regarding technical risk knowledge, we need a CRO who has strong Operational Risk, Credit Risk and Prudential Risk experience.This will be the 2nd CRO OakNorth has had since inception, and we are looking for someone who can act not only as a strong leader within Risk and Compliance, but also as a strong commercial and business leader who can help to guide the business through our growth strategy and trajectory.Attributes:
