CFO - Chief Financial Officer
Robert Half has been retained by a successful, growing business based in Wiltshire, to identify a new, Group Chief Financial Officer to steer the business through a period of transformation and growth.
As CFO, you will report to the Chief Executive Officer and sit on the Board of Directors. You will be performing effective risk management, plan the organisation's financial strategy whilst protecting group revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and transparency whilst driving sustainable growth. You will be accountable for all aspects of Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Procurement for all group companies. You will work closely with the leadership of all operating subsidiaries on framing strategy, as well as delivering commercial and operational improvements. To be considered for this role you should have senior strategic finance leadership, ideally within a complex group.
You must be a qualified accountant, with a strong track record of initiating and effecting change, driving strategy and have excellent leadership abilities. You must have a passion for innovation, a desire for excellence and be passionate about treating people with empathy and respect. A background within manufacturing or supply chain would be very useful.

In addition to a seat the table, they offer a salary of 130 to 150,000 including car allowance plus excellent benefits including bonuses and other incentives.
