KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts according to the company policies and procedure
- Preparation of monthly finance board pack
- Preparation of annual budget, rolling budget, and forecasting
- Periodic cash flow forecasting and working capital management
- Liaison with banks, auditors, and tax consultants
- Planning, implementation, and controlling of required internal control system
- Periodic submission of cost-saving proposals and other value-added proposals
- Coordination, organizing, and development of the finance team
- Coordination with a group finance team and adhere to the group finance policies
- Supporting the strategic planning process
- Working closely with the company Management team as the finance expert
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, management, or a related field
- Fully or part-qualified in CA, CIMA, or ACCA
- More than 3 years of experience in any reputed audit firm in Sri Lanka and more than 2 years of experience in the similar capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computer skills, especially in Excel, and familiarity with ERP
- Good planning and problem-solving skills
