The Company seeks the following basic requirements from the candidate:
Degree in Commerce / Accounting from an institute of repute.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Tally Prime including Excel, ranging from proficient to advanced
Good verbal and written communication abilities
Precision and attention to detail are essential.
Capable of working independently on specified tasks
Demonstrated ability to balance many priorities while fulfilling deadlines.
A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in accounting operations in a mid- firm capable of performing the following tasks efficiently.
• Preparing statutory accounts.
• Ensuring that there are timely payments being made and records are correct.
• Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
• Recording and filing cash transactions.
• Invoice processing and filing.
• Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Monitoring daily communications and answer any pending queries.
• Liaising with third party providers, clients, and suppliers.
• Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
• Enrolments of new employees in P.F., Group Medical Insurance and other registrations etc.
