To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add Associate Financial Analyst located in Chennai.
What a typical day looks like:

• Perform all cost accounting activities that are defined.
• Understand the corporate policy and follow-up of key cost accounting metrics.
• Implement time saving/cost reducing initiatives through pocket kaizens & process improvements.
• Work along with operations team & track reasons for metric non-conformances through regular follow ups
• Posting month end journal entries related to accruals and reclass in ERP.
• Prepare & maintain SOP in line with the latest process and document them in DMS.
• To learn & serve as a backup for cost accountant.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• B.com / BBA(Finance) / M.Com/ MBA(Finance).
• Good understanding on MS applications (Basic level).
• Payroll experience of 0 to 1 year
• Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good written/oral communication skills in English
• Good analytical skills and should be a team player.
