PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To deliver and fully manage and maintain all required financial and budgetary services within the Guma Group of companies according to "best practise" principles, procedures and processes.
MAJOR PERFORMANCE FUNCTIONS (the what to do?):Strategic Objectives
1. Management within Finance department - Human Resources
2. Financial and budgetary planning
3. Financial accounting and costing
4. Financial management and reporting
5. Stock and asset management
6. Any other duties that may be required from time to time
JOB SPECIFICATIONS - MINIMUM:
Std 10/ Grade 12
Degree in Finance - B Comm (Rek)
Experience:
Finance management experience - Number of years: Minimum of 10
Additional training/ legal requirements/ competency
Computer literacy
Fluency in English
Report writing skills
Communication skills
