A Midlands based business is looking for a Transactional Finance Manager (operations) to lead and manage a team within the growing finance function.

In this role you will be responsible for the transactional elements within Finance along with displaying excellent management skills.

Duties will include:
- Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement and more!
- Acting as a lead business partner and supporting with financial advice
- Reviewing processes to identify and implement improvements
- Prepare financial statements and other financial records
- Experienced with P2P, AP, AR
- Experience with Business World Finance system
- Experience with leading and managing a team
- ACCA/CIMA finalist
- Experienced working with external stakeholders
- Hybrid working
- £44k
