Duties

Production of monthly management accounts
Presentation to key stakeholders of monthly performance
Analyse revenue and cost base
Identify risks and produce action plans accordingly
Monitor headcount
VAT returns
Accruals and prepayments
Budgets and forecasting
Nominal ledger
Balance sheet reconciliations
P&L reporting
Other ad-hoc duties

Person Specification

Qualified/part qualified/ QBE
Knowledge of CIS and VAT in the construction industry
Be a team player and be prepared to do all types of accountancy work
Analytical and inquisitive mind
