An incredible opportunity to join a thriving, mid-market M&A Advisory firm with a strong pipeline and enjoying exciting growth, in a Corporate Finance Manager role which offers not only fantastic exposure working with a talented M&A team, but also the potential to co-invest in future.

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the partners and working from the firm's Birmingham city centre office as Corporate Finance Manager you'll be supporting live transactions from from the get-go. Also you'll be invited to work on projects for the firm's sister Private Equity company which seeks to take majority stakes in SME businesses - this is where it gets really interesting as you'll be invited to co-invest.

The Person

• Corporate Finance/Transaction Services experience with a top tier accountancy firm or reputable CF boutique (3 years)
• Likely ACA qualified with a strong academic background
• Enthusiastic, passionate about corporate finance and driven

Salary to £50,000pa with the opportunity to co-invest in future. Interested and suitably experienced candidates should apply ASAP.
