Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, the Finance Manager will be responsible for:

• The running of the finance team
• Production of monthly reports
• Management of the annual budget
• Support the Head of Finance in preparation of quarterly financial reports
• Support the senior leadership team to increase financial awareness across the organisation
• Preparation of year end accounts and manage the annual audit process
• The development and support of one direct report

Key Skills / Experience

• Qualified Accountant (ACA,CIMA,ACCA)
• Previous experience within the charity sector
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent reporting and analytical skills
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines as well as prioritise workload
• Strong communication skills and confidence to build on relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
