About our team/Mō te tīma
The Division of Shared Services is a team of highly skilled professional staff responsible for delivering an outstanding student and staff experience through high quality, effective service delivery to all of the University's internal and external customers.
You will be joining Revenue Management within the Shared Services Division. Our team is focused on providing a range of accounts receivable, financial processing and transactional activities for the operational areas of the University.
The role/Te mahi
As the Officer Revenue Management your tasks, while under the financial umbrella will vary, from accounts receivable and financial transaction activities to debt collection and student fee processes. Due to the nature of the Shared Services Division, the range of tasks and responsibilities is broad and may require performing duties at different workplaces or locations - what a way to see the campus!

The successful candidate will:
While experience or a recognised qualification in accounts administration (or related field) is desirable we are really after a team player, who likes working with numbers and is keen to learn.

This is a permanent, full-time (37.5 hours) position, located in Dunedin.

- Have strong numerical and data analysis skills - you take pride in your attention to detail.
- Enjoy customer service and delivering exceptional service to staff and students.
- Are happy to process volume - how satisfying to see your workload decrease before your eyes.
- Display confidence in their ability to use the microsoft office and their general computer skills.
