Job Description

• Oversees the preparation of all financial accounts, including tax returns, income statements, Balance sheets, shareholder reports, and other applicable legal reports.
• Determine expenses, income, insurance coverage, financial goals, tax status, risk tolerance to develop a financial plan.
• Manage the company's financial planning. Knowledge on investment management to maximize return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities and maintaining relationships with the investment community (Investment Bankers).
• Manage and retain relationships with various vendors.
• Adhere to the law and company's policies
• Analyze and manage the organization's liabilities and investments
• Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable
• Examines operations to identify areas that require restructuring, downsizing, or elimination.
• Ensure effective internal controls are in place and compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory legislation for financial and tax reporting.
• Plan fundraising initiatives to help the organization meet financial goals. Liaison with Bank and other funding sources.
• Presenting all required financial MIS to Management.

Job Requirements & Skills

• Previous working experience as Head of Finance with more than 15 years.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis, forecasting and financial planning
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems.
• Hands-on experience in MS office and financial management software
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

Minimum Qualification: Chartered Accountancy (C.A) Qualified.

The Chief Financial Officer will direct and oversee the financial activities of the company, direct the preparation of current financial reports and summaries, and create forecasts predicting future growth.
