Manager, Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Los Angeles, CA. Advise clients on complex financial reporting issues around deals and other transformational events. Interact with senior company management teams, bankers, lawyers and other advisers. Provide expertise on multiple complex accounting topics. Writing and communicating cogently to clients and industry audiences within a professional services environment. Managing a wide range of accounting and advisory related projects. Pursue business development opportunities. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks. Manage accounting and advisory project economics, workflow, budgets, billing, collections and resource requirements.

 

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $129,000-$129,000/yr

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Tax or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelors progressive related work experience.

 

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Tax or a related field, 3 year of related work experience.

 

Must have an active US CPA or foreign equivalent.

 

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

 

Assisting clients with the accounting and financial reporting for divestitures, including preparation of carve out financial statements to ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations; Utilizing various tool such at Alteryx, Tableau, Microsoft products, Power BI and others to support the above projects and create a more efficient process; Assisting clients with the accounting and financial reporting for acquisitions, including application of ASC 805, Business Combinations, and relevant SEC regulations; and, Assisting clients with capital markets transactions, including going public which may include uplift of private company financial statements to public company financials statements as well as preparation with Form S-1.  

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

 

Travel up to 60% required.
