Assistant Finance Business Partner
£40,000 + 10% bonus and excellent benefits

We're looking for an Assistant Finance Business Partner on behalf of a well-known, global brand, market leaders in their industry.
With the support of the FP&A Lead, you will be expected to provide accurate and insightful financial analysis and forecasting to influence decision making. This includes developing budgets, updating rolling forecast and reviewing performance forecasts.
This role will provide a good level of Financial insight to ensure that Finance is top of mind and considered before decisions are made that effect financial results.
As Assistant Finance Business Partner, your duties will include:
Build and maintain effective relationships with both Finance and non-Finance stakeholders.
Ownership of Support Services budget and rolling forecast models
Provide insight for month end results and support month end reporting
Month end analysis for functional cost owners to ensure costs are controlled and decision-making is based on a commercial understanding.
Work collaboratively with the FP&A Lead to produce reporting packs that are clear, succinct, and accurate.
Support with Transformation and Change reporting requirements
Identifying best practice and focusing on process improvement to drive improvements within the business.
Assist the Management Accounts team with the production of management reporting.
Presenting data and findings to internal and external stakeholders, both finance and non-finance teams.What are we looking for?
Part Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA
Driven and motivated to push a thriving business onto the next level.
Analytical and inquisitive with a pro-active approach to meet both internal and external customer needs.
Strong communication skills: both written and verbal.
Possess the ability to communicate financial data with both finance and non-finance team members.
Highly analytical, with the ability to 'push back' when needed.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, dealing with a high-volume workload.
Expert Excel skills are crucial including VLOOKUP's/Pivot Tables/SumIFs
Experience of Oracle would be advantageous.
This is a vital role at a pivotal time within the business, we are looking for someone who is commercially driven, with a proactive 'roll up your sleeves' attitude; Part qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with a strong knowledge of management accounts, some business partnering and forecasting experience.
