About the role

The Management Accountant is a pivotal role within the charity.

Responsible to the Finance Manager the post-holder will need to:
  • Prepare accurate, timely and relevant management accounts
  • Prepare high quality business analysis for grants tenders and business case
  • Provide high quality support service to line managers/country finance officers and budget holders in the organisation
  • Candidates should have previous management accounting experience in a similar size
  • Organisation, advanced level of excel and be fully qualified/part qualified as an accountant under CIMA/ACCA/ACA.
  • Up to date knowledge of charity tax rules including VAT and partial exemption, experience of using MS Dynanics, Netsuite, report writing skills and experience of system change/integration will be desirable.

This is an ideal post for candidates who like to work on their own initiative and are able to evaluate and develop their own role.

The post if offered on a full-time basis.
