We are supporting a fantastic client based in Denbighshire looking for an experienced and talented Payroll Professional to join their HR team on a FTC basis.
This is ideally a full-time role, but for the right candidate we may be open to considering a minimum of 25 hours working week.

Responsibilities as a Payroll Coordinator:
- Process all aspects of the monthly payroll data within required timeframes
- Liaise with ADP our outsourced payroll provider
- Process all statutory payments, carrying out manual calculations if needed
- Process all variable items for payment and deduction
- Ensure all payroll and tax queries are answered in a timely manner
- Communicate with our benefits providers and other key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Day to day HR administration activities, including benefits administration and involvement in the employee life cycle
- Support ad-hoc HR and Payroll project-based work
Essential requirements:
- Proven Payroll and HR administration experience
- Working knowledge of an ADP payroll system, or other payroll system
- Excellent IT skills, particularly excel, databases and various software systems, including HR
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
