Your new team

This position sits in our Chivas Brothers business. At Chivas Brothers, our 1,600-strong team across 27 sites is committed to upholding the heritage of Scotch and ensuring its sustainable future, as well as opening it up to new audiences across the globe.

You will be part of the Finance team at Chivas Brothers, primarily supporting the global revenue growth function, whose main objective is to enable the organisation to advance value growth mindset and capabilities by providing business insights, tools, and capabilities to guide strategic decision making.

Your unique contribution

You will have 4 main areas of responsibility:

Business analysis, pricing performance and value insights: generate and maintain insightful dashboards to track performance on a monthly and ad-hoc basis to support discussions and meetings. You will be expected to highlight the value drivers of key markets and brands in a timely manner.

Maintain up to date guidelines: co-ordinate with relevant teams to ensure all pricing, allocation and other related guidelines are up to date as well as track markets' adherence to those guidelines. As part of this task, you will be expected to work closely with the Brand team, the Portfolio Activation team, and members of the Finance team to ensure all information included are accurate and aligned with all stakeholders.

Systems, tools, and data ownership: you will be the main user and key point of contact responsible for providing accurate data and ensuring various tools and dashboards are maintained. You are also expected to be confident using Excel to manipulate big sets of data and develop or maintain Power BI dashboards.

Business partnering: support line manager and stakeholders on ad-hoc projects and presentations, in line with our goal to play a strong support role and become a reliable business partner.

Who you'll be working with

You will be primarily interacting with your team members in Finance, the Brand teams, the Portfolio Activation team, and line managers throughout the business.

You will also have interactions with the broader teams within Pernod Ricard such as the Revenue Growth Global community and HQ.

Your blend of talent

This position could be right for you if you:
  • Feel confident managing large sets of data and transforming them into easy-to-read insights with software such as PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Have the ability and ambition to create self-service tools that can be utilised by the wider organisation.
  • Are systems and tools savvy with highly developed financial modelling and database management skills. Advance working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerBI is a must.
  • Have strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and able to work in a cross-functional teams.
  • Possess strong communication skills and professional credibility which allow you to collaborate and drive solutions as a good team player.
