Architas have an exciting opportunity for a Product & Proposition Manager, Asset Management who will be part of an integral Product & Proposition team.

In this role you'll be responsible for identifing, designing, developing and owning customer centric propositions to support AXA entities and other clients.

What you'll be doing:
  • Support the Proposition manager on the new propositions implementation from the story identification to the delivery to the client entity (leveraging all necessary teams internally including innovation, marketing, product and front office ..) mainly for Asia. Ensure best trade of between Architas profitability, scalability, simplicity and innovation. Ensure full compliance with internal governance as well as regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Develop extensive knowledge on the existing Architas propositions for Asia and provide the necessary follow up and support internally and to our clients, under the leadership of the proposition manager.
  • Support Architas Asia limited governance (Business Development Committee and participate to other formal committees locally as and when necessary)
  • Develop an understanding of retail wholesale and UL local market needs leveraging existing group knowledge and externals AM partners
  • Contribute to the creation of a global organisation through sharing of best practises and leveraging of existing services/products
  • Act as a responsible gatekeeper : identify critical issues and risks, report them in a timely manner and suggest remediation actions

Your Profile
  • Experience in the investment industry
  • Good knowledge of available asset management products and services available in the market
  • Fluent in English, French is advantageous
  • Good project management skills
  • Ability to build trust and long term relationships with clients and different internal stakeholders
  • Can demonstrate drive to mobilise, federate and engage with other teams when necessary
  • Must have influence and change management skills to navigate environments with functional reporting and requiring to collaborate actively
  • Must have synthetic skills and ability to draw the big picture, must be structured and well organised
  • Must be rigorous in relation to regulatory and compliance dimensions
  • Be a true team player with a "One AXA mindset" : ability to share and get colleagues to share best practices and client knowledge to collectively succeed
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills fostering an environment of team work and trust
  • Ability to work under pressure
