Salary : up to £37,000 (depending on experience)
With our huge client based in Middleton we are looking to appoint an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their team. You will be responsible for managing payroll and benefits, including multiple UK Payrolls which run monthly as well as managing all benefits including pension administration for stakeholder defined contribution scheme. Working hours are Monday Friday with a 3pm finish on a Friday! (Hybrid working can be offered from time to time once fully trained)

Duties:
- Manage Payroll / Benefits ensuring people are paid accurately and on time across multiple Payrolls
- Manage compliance related matters such as NI, Real Time Information , PAYE, Pensions auto enrolment and required statutory reports
- Manage improvement projects such as Payroll Upgrades etc.
- Annual reporting requirements, P60s, P11Ds, P45s etc
- Working with HR to ensure people being put onto Payroll are legally allowed to work in the UK
- Supporting other key Payroll related processes such as administering bonus schemes, pay reviews or implementing other pay settlements
- Ensuring auto-enrolment is conducted correctly and pension remittances are made on time
- Maintain accurate and up to date records
- General duties
Profile:
- Looking for an experienced Payroll who has experience working across multiple Payrolls
- Must have an understanding of UK National Insurance and PAYE requirements including latest developments
- Ideally have worked with managing benefits processes including Pension
- Strong IT skills must have good Excel Skills
- Knowledge of Manual Payroll would be an advantage
- High levels of attentional to detail and strong numeracy skills
