Trainee Finance Manager
A purpose of this job - to support the Finance Manager and the CFO in delivering the financial information required throughout the business to support proactive decision making.
Job Description will include -
- Prepare management account commentaries regarding the performance of the company with insightful explanations, variance analysis and recommendations.
- Cashflow management
- Work with the rest of the finance team to produce the annual audit information.
- Assisting with debt recovery and reporting.
- Develop an understanding of the businesses internal processes assist in decision making.
- Stock Management
- Payroll processing for SMT.
- Financial Reporting and analysis
The Successful Applicant
- Strong excel skills
- You will have experience in a finance team and have varied knowledge of different aspects of the recurring deliverables of the finance function.
- Financial Acumen
- High Attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and develop processes
- Leadership Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Forward thinker
- Strong Team ethos
- Ideally currently studying CIMA/ACCA or previously graduated with finance degree.
- Flexibility to respond to changing and emergent priorities
