A new opportunity for an experienced Payroll Executive to join this forward thinking Accountancy Practise has become available. They are a company that is an absolute stand out in terms of client retention, customer service and staff progression.
This well established and successful CA Practise in Glasgow are looking to recruit a key member of staff to support their well established client base. The firm offers an enviable environment and reputable environment as well as long term job security for their employees.
Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining client records for a varied allocation of clients, ensuring the provision of high-quality payroll services. You will be process-driven and well-versed in working within a busy office environment or CA practise already. You will make regular use of their payroll / accounting systems in supporting your clients and experience current software systems is required.
The firm are looking for an enthusiastic addition to their team who enjoys regular contact with clients and is confident when dealing with queries. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience working as within a professional services firm. Excellent communication skills, time management skills and a flexible approach to support with ad hoc tasks are essential.
