We have an exciting permanent opportunity available for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our expanding office team based in Southam, Warwickshire. In return, we offer a competitive salary, 22 days holiday plus stats, private health care, and onsite parking. The salary £21k - £25k depending on experience.

The Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for:
To be successful, the Purchase Ledger Clerk will have the following skills and experience:
• Previous experience in a purchase ledger role
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

The Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for:
- Daily processing of supplier' invoices, and their respective payments, in accordance with company procedures. Including regular reconciliations to statements, scanning, storage and care.
- Processing all payments on ad-hoc, daily and monthly timetables
- Dealing with Supplier queries and correspondences.
- To assist in the preparation of management accounts and reports - to ensure that management have all relevant and reliable information on a timely basis
- Working as part of a team to ensure departmental objectives are achieved and procedures improved.
- Other tasks as reasonably directed by the Accountant, including covering for other finance department staff in their absence.
To be successful, the Purchase Ledger Clerk will have the following skills and experience:
