We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious Cashbook Clerk to join our growing Accounts team in our Rugby head office.

Youll be responsible for the accurate allocation of cash on the companys main bank accounts, in addition to the many JV bank accounts, along with dealing with purchase cards support, travel support to the companys travel provider and the many payment runs and ad hoc payments that are requested on a daily / weekly basis.

Managing and opening bank accounts, youll maintain and keep to a minimum any outstanding purchase card spend through chasing the employees who have not submitted their claims, ensuring all unallocated cash is investigated and dealt with in a timely manner.

Youll be educated to GCSE standard (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 passes at grade C or above, including Maths and English and will ideally have previous experience of working in a treasury role. With good working knowledge of Excel, youll have excellent communications skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.

About the Shared Service team

Predominately based in our Rugby Head Office, the central support team is made up of many support functions key to the success of the wider business. We partner with the sector and regional Business Units to provide exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers.
