More about your role
As an AP Financial Transaction Processor, you will lead in the management of the Groups procurement/credit card estate ensuring a high-level service across Places for People. You will be the first point of contact for credit cards, validating and processing new applications and managing the distribution of all company cards. You will work closely with the AP Lead, reporting concerns for in appropriate use.
A track record of being proactive in chasing and dealing with the business will contribute to maintaining the excellent payment record that the team boasts. You will liaise with group staff and external customers on a regular basis, dealing with their enquiries as and when they are raised.

Please note: This role is a hybrid position which is made up of at least 2 days in the office, however initially you will be office based for training purposes.
More about you
You should have the ability to work quickly, accurately and methodically, ensuring all applications are processed. Your outstanding IT skills with experience of using Microsoft office, specifically Excel to ensure that you are able to undertake all daily tasks are essential. The suitable candidate for this role will have AP experience, and will have ideally have previous experience managing credit cards and the process in a prior role.
