Work Wales are working with a established local manufacturer based in Swansea. We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic, detail-orientated and organised individual to provide temporary cover as a Bookkeeper/Accountant.
In this role you will be responsible for the following main duties:
Collating all commission invoices, setting them up in the bank and updating the commissions register.
Filing all company invoices in the relevant system for ease of access for offsite accountants.
Track all payments in and out of multi-currency accounts and maintain payment registers for each.
General Ad-hoc administrative duties.
Compiling and reconciling monthly staff expenses reports.
Payroll
General register/bookkeeping
Setting up payments ready for authorisation.
Compiling monthly incoming/outgoing forecasts.What we are looking for:
An understanding of Finance processes & good practice is required.
Experience of working within a busy Finance department is essential.
Experience using Sage200
Bookkeeping.
Knowledge & experience of Microsoft Office & accountancy software, in particular the use of spreadsheets.Position Details:
Temporary cover for 6 - 13 weeks.
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
Location:
Swansea
Pay Rate: £11.50 - £12.33 per hour - Dependant on experience
