PAK'nSAVE ROTORUA
PAK'nSAVE ROTORUA is a locally owned and operated supermarket who employs over 200 staff. We have an amazing store culture and always strive to empower our staff to work above the line. We run a very busy office that supports various departments with their administrative duties so the person we are looking for must be highly motivated and able to multi task as your day will be varied. You will be a people person and certainly a team player.
In this role you will be supporting the administration department and management team by completing tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Proven office/accounts experience is a must.
The hours for this role are full time working Monday to Friday.

- some accounting/SAP background is strongly desired
- excellent computer skills

- the ability to be accurate and methodical
- the skills to take instruction and also work independently
- a fantastic work ethic with the desire to work hard and contribute to our great team environment
Some key tasks include:
- Bank/invoice/credit/lotto/fuel reconciliations
- PAYE and GST reconciliations including IRD filing
- Debtors/creditors
- Cash office - daily balancing of the operator tills
- General administration phone and face to face enquiries
