We are currently seeking a highly organised and efficient person to join our National Support Office Finance team in the role of Accounting Assistant. Overall the key focus of this position is to conduct professional accounting duties including compilation, consolidation and analysis of financial data.

What you will do:

• Assist with month end tasks
• Monitor and analyse data using established finance systems and protocols
• Produce accurate reports by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting into the appropriate format.
• Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of software applications
• Review month-end profit and loss accounts of allocated branches
  

What you will bring:

• A positive, enthusiastic and mature outlook;
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High caliber of computer skills, including Basic to Intermediate Excel;
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise and organise workload;
• A proven ability to work effectively as part of a small team, and at times, work under pressure.
