Sewell Wallis are working alongside a supportive and interesting business based in Chesterfield, looking for a part-time Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their team!

You will be joining a small and welcoming company, working 25 hours per week to support the Purchase Ledger desk. You will be joining an experienced and well-established team, reporting directly to a warm Finance Manager.

This role offers attractive working hours (25 hours spread over 5 days), 20 days holidays + bank holds on top (rising each year) and an encouraging environment for the candidate the flourish In their role!

Purchase Ledger duties will include:
- Correctly documenting invoice receipts
- Matching invoices and inputting onto the system within a timely manner
- Requesting receipt of statements from suppliers when they are not provided
- Completing supplier statement reconciliations
- Requesting business recipets from credit card users and reconciling these accounts
- Working closely within the finance team providing support where required

What we're looking for:
- 2 years experience accounting knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- IT literate
- Ability to oragnise and prioritize
