Gauteng, JHB - Eastern Suburbs R 15 000 - R 21 000 Monthly Cost To Company My Client (Germiston) is recruiting a Creditors/Cashbook Clerk with 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing (pharmaceutical or fmcg) environment. Minimum requirement

• Matric.
• Min of 2-4 years' experience in a similar role in a manufacturing (pharmaceutical or manufacturing)
• Finance or bookkeeping qualification would be advantageous.
• Great knowledge of Cash Book is essential.
• Must be able to deal with big values and high volumes.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing invoices from suppliers.
• Prepare creditors' reconciliations.
• Weekly bank statement processing and recons.
• Reconciling of all debit order payment accounts.
• Ensuring all trade and expense invoices are processed to the correct general ledger accounts.
• Ensuring that all invoices are authorised by relevant line managers.
• Ensuring that all Invoices are incompliant with accounting standards and company procedures.
• Processing and payment of supplier invoices as per payment terms
• Handling all cash book duties.
• Balancing cash book.
• Handle a small part of the debtors.
