Vaco LA is partnering with a manufacturing company in El Segundo, who is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to join their innovative team of professionals. This is a fully onsite contract to hire position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Accounts Receivable
• Manage customer credit limits
• Oversee posting of customer payments
• Oversee unresolved chargebacks
• Oversee customer account reconciliations
• Inform management of collection issues
• Review Accounts Receivable Aging Reports for past due issues
• Manage and mentor 2 direct reports
• Reconcile AR transactions at month-end
• Manage Bad Debt Accrual with Controller
• Support staff and management with ad hoc projects
• Adhere and comply with SOX controls and compliance
• Manage customer credit allowances

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience
• Experience using Great Plains is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Motivated, independent, and self-sufficient
• Highly organized and detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
