Business Analyst | Nottingham | 35 hours per week | £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience

Kingdom Bank is at an immensely exciting time in our journey. Due to continued expansion, an opportunity has arisen to join our Information Technology and Systems team.

Our passion is to be providing UK churches with financial services. In particular, we serve evangelical churches which stand for the lordship of Jesus Christ on the authority of the Bible.

Team members take responsibility for balancing flexibility in their individual working patterns with the twin priorities of supporting each other and delivering great customer service

Hours are to be agreed under the company’s flexible working policy but are generally expected to be Mondays to Fridays and between 8.00am and 6.00pm.

Remote working arrangements by agreement in accordance with the Bank’s flexible working policy. There is an expectation of at least three office-based days per week for this role.

What will your role as a Business Analyst look like?

With an initial focus on change and transformation, you will use existing information and further investigation to review the Bank’s current customer facing operational position, develop a programme of projects for approval, and then project manage the changes and system transformations to enhance internal workflows and system usage to drive customer benefits and gain internal efficiencies.

While the role is primarily around change and transformation, the right candidate will also be able to fully engage with all the goals of the IS team and its business-as-usual operations.
