Responsibilities
- Identification and recruitment of candidates with the relevant competencies to enhance the business competitive advantage
- Use of various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates to laisse with organizational manpower requirement and meet SLA's
- Conduct pre-selection and 1st level interviews in an effective manner
- Developing role clarifications for new positions by evaluating expected job role, reporting structures and responsibilities
- Ensuring smooth inflow of information for recruitment analytics
- Special projects related to recruitment & selection
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business
Management, Human Resources Management or a similar qualification together with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar job role - Good comprehension ofMicrosoft Office
- Proficient communication(Written and oral)
